25 East Apartments (Sublet / Shared Housing)

ROOMMATE HAS A CAT!

A compact two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the third floor with a combined kitchen/dining/living "great room". You enter directly into the great room with the living room to your right, with the kitchen and dining nook to... your left. Flooring is vinyl wood with a rug in the living area.

The kitchen is an L-shape with a small rectangular island with two stools for a cozy dining area or prep space if you cook a lot. Roommate loves to decorate, so there's some removable colorful backsplash behind the counters and hanging string lights along the border between the kitchen and the rest of the great room.

The living room is fully furnished with a sofa, armchair, and coffee table. Across from the sofa (and the front entrance) is a TV stand with a wall-mounted TV. Lots of paintings (courtesy of roommate's artistic dad!) and some cat shelves. In the back right corner is the door to the balcony, which has some chairs and is equipped with a mosquito net. Roommate has a hanging bird feeder, which is super fun to watch!

The bedroom up for subletting is across the entrance on the right side, carpeted and furnished with a bedframe and mattress (full xl, queen sheets fit just fine). To the right side is a slide-door closet with metal shelving inside. Optionally, I'm willing to leave my desk, office chair, and wall shelves if wanted (for free!). The bathroom is on the left side wall, with a tub/shower combo, a toilet, and a single-sink vanity. The room shares two walls with the outside, one with the bathroom/roommate, and one with the great room, so there's lots of privacy and noise reduction (rarely do I ever hear neighbors or roommate).
