Cedar village apartment

Hi, I'm a female student living in Cedar Village Apartment.
I am currently looking for a person who can live from now on ~ end of the lease. The end date is August 11th noon.
I've lived here for a year and almost everywhere in my school is close, so...
it's nice to walk around. Especially Trader Joe's, Whole Foods Market, Asian Mart, Downtown, etc. are nice to go to, as it takes about 15 minutes on foot.
As for the house, this house is 2bed 2bath, so you will have your own private bathroom and room. It is also very convenient because there is a food processor, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and oven in the house. My room is bigger than the other one and has a closet on the wall. The room includes a bed, desk and chair, and storage cabinet.
The kitchen will have kitchen utensils my housemate uses, which you can use if you like. Also, there will be vacuum cleaners and brooms, so it will be great for living.
To talk a little more about the house I live in, as I mentioned earlier, many places are accessible. It is good because it takes only 10 to 15 minutes to get to the main buildings such as the main library, engineering building, wells hall, STEM building, etc. Also, it is good to look out the window on your day off because the scenery is beautiful!
There is a dining hall right in front of the house and a bus stop. It is an apartment with a great location advantage because you can go all the way to Lansing Downtown by bus from the bus stop
The rent is 962 dollars a month, but I'll only take 900 dollars. Also, I'll pay for the transfer fee. Another advantage of this house is that it's a low department. I only need to pay 200 dollars.
If you need to adjust the date, that's also possible, so please feel free to contact me!
