I had a few problems: so, I'll just list them off (this was 2019-2020).
They didn't furnish my bedroom -- which I paid for -- because they lost my contract. Our apartment had a deadbolt due to a prior issue and the first day they assured us it would be changed to a fob -- never happened. The fob to the clubhouse got changed in the middle of the lease; we were also assured we'd get new ones to match the new system -- never happened so I couldn't get into the gym or anything. They initially gave... me the wrong mailbox and bedroom keys. The new key I got for my mailbox didn't work, either. My bedroom key got stuck in my door since it was wrong; they had to break off my knob. Ordered the wrong knob , eventually got one that worked, didn't show up to our scheduled maintenance time, then installed it incorrectly so I essentially didn't have a doorknob for the majority of my lease. There is trash everywhere, but I'd be especially careful if you have dogs because there is a lot of broken glass on the ground. I've met multiple people who had to take their pets to the vet to get glass removed from their paws -- which can be incredibly expensive. It is incredibly difficult to get out of a lease for any reason. I would say it isn't possible, but who knows -- maybe there's one circumstance I'm not aware of. I actively looked to sublet for about 4 months and never got any inquiries. This isn't huge, and it may not be their fault, but the company they use to collect our monthly utility payments charges processing fees, which is expected, but the processing fee was usually at least 40% of my monthly bill and theres no way to get out of that.
There's more, but I think that's enough. I want to say the people who work there do not seem rude -- they're nice, but things just do not get done correctly and then rarely get fixed later on. On a higher scale, they act like they don't care about their renters much at all.

My daughter signed a lease in December of 2019 because good housing was hard to come by at MSU, but the pandemic hit in March 2020. They won't let you out of your lease for any reason even a for pandemic or loss of job. Also you pay for 12 months but only get your apartment for 11 months and 1 week. NEVER RENT unless you can pay for a full year.

The management does not help or care about the residents that live here. Do not let the location close to campus fool you, that is the only good aspect of the place. The repair men barely ever come to fix anything and when they do, they do not even fix it. The trash will be all over the place and no one will pick it up or anything. The parking isn’t enough for how many people live there and that’s even with people parking on the street. The WiFi has issues connecting and the Ethernet will not... work. If you do want to live here, good luck with the insanely high prices, horrible management, and living in a very dirty environment.

Moved in and had an issues with dirty/stagnant water not draining from dishwasher and the garbage disposal not working, so the sink does not drain well. Sent in service ticket and after two days followed up at the desk. I was told no one was available to help right away and they will get to the problem as soon as they can. Three days later nothing has been done. The apartment smells from the stagnant/moldy water in the dishwasher. It was like that when I moved in.

I haven't been able to even watch Netflix or use my laptop here for the past two weeks due to Hannah's new Wi-Fi providers. This is the third issue we've had with wifi since we moved in in September. Will not be living here next year.
