Sublet at the Landings at Chandler Crossings

I am looking to sublease my room in a 3 bed-3 bath unit at the Landings at Chandler Crossings (16789 Chandler Rd., East Lansing). The room should be available starting on January 1 (the move in date can be adjusted if required). The rent is $579 per... month + electricity and heat (~$40 per month). You will share the apartment with a graduate student and a upperclassman at MSU. Both are fairly quiet individuals and keep the common areas in the unit clean and tidy. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The other amenities in the unit include a cooking range, oven and microwave. There is a frequent bus service to MSU's campus on routes 25 and 26. The bus stop for route 26 is located on the property and the bus stop for route 25 is across the street.
