Summer Lease Takeover (May-July) - SkyVue Apartment

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from May 1st through July 31st (when the contract term ends). Because you'd be taking over my current lease, the base rent cost will be $875, which is cheaper than the current rate at the time I'm writing... this ($920) and gets you a furnished private bedroom and bathroom, as well as a shared kitchen, laundry room, and living space. SkyVue offers a lot of different amenities like a study/computer room (which only has Macs in there), a fitness room, a sky lounge, a courtyard, a hot tub, and other things. I can't really vouch for those things since I never use them, but I see others using them quite often.

The unit I'm in is shared with three other guys. I'm not sure if any of them will be staying over the summer, but they're all nice and we all keep to our own rooms most of the time. All in all, it's a pretty nice apartment. It's close to the Frandor Shopping Center, which has a bunch of different stores and restaurants, including a Krogers. Across the street are some more restaurant/cafe type shops, and the apartment building is right next to a bus stop that has access to the 1 and the 15 CATA lines.

Since the room will be mine once more after the given period is over, I do plan to keep my stuff in the room, but it will be condensed and out of sight. Obviously, I will clean the room and bathroom thoroughly. The room itself comes with a desk, two drawers under the bed, and a bed frame and mattress. You will have to bring your own bedding for a full-sized bed though. If you decide to contact me, we can hash out the details in more depth.
