☀️ SUMMER SUBLET ☀️ 2BR ☀️ 15 min walk to MSU ☀️ Balcony with river view ☀️

Hi! I am subleasing my apartment for the months of June, July and August (dates flexible).

I live here by myself and am renting the whole apartment. It is a two-bedroom that can suit either one or two persons. The bed in the office/guest-bedroom...
(the blue bed) can be folded as a couch if desired.

The place is very cozy, quiet and extremely well located, especially to go to MSU. The balcony faces the river, along which a walking/biking path leads to campus. It takes 15 minutes to get there by foot. The bus line 1 is also accessible in 5 min by foot. It goes to campus in 5 minutes and goes all the way to downtown Lansing. At 5 min walk or less is also a Trader Joes, a Whole Foods, a liquor store, an international market, a brewery, and a couple of restaurants.

Rent is $1164/month and will be $1199/month in July (+ charges).

Other features:
- Fully furnished
- Fully equipped kitchen
