The Village At Chandler Crossings

You will be taking over my lease. Base Rent is $575 and there is an additional small fee of about $10 for utilities per month depending on how much utilities you use. You will also have to pay a one time lease takeover fee of $500 in addition to this... and then a $60 enrollment fee to Chandler Crossings. There are two other students who are my friends living in this apartment already. The place is already furnished and maintained. In the bedroom you get a bed with a mattress, desk, chair, 2 small lamp tables, private bathroom with bathtub/shower, dressers, and a big closet with a giant mirror. You also have a washer and dryer in the unit. You also get ac/heating, a walk out balcony, and a kitchen with a lot of cabinet space.
