- 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom - perfect for one or two people
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Vinyl flooring in the living room & kitchen
- Onsite off-leash dog park (the apartments are pet friendly with both dogs... and cats)
- Pool, outdoor picnic and grilling areas, hammocks, and firepits!
- A CATA bus stop (22 and 23 buses) right in front of the complex
- Central air conditioning
- Corner unit - only neighbors on one side + extra window for more light
- Access to Berrytree's Clubhouse, which has a pool, hot tub, coffee bar, fitness centers, and computers + printers

The complex is a 15-minute walk from the edge of East campus, which is super convenient for students who have classes in Hubbard, Akers or Holmes. You can also walk to the 30 bus stop right in front of Hubbard in 10-15 minutes (which I have done multiple times to bus to classes). We've lived in this complex since 2022 and have loved it for it's proximity to campus and amenities (seriously, you can't beat the in-unit w/d).
