I’ve just leased with 48 west. The people at the leasing office are so nice and professional. The leasing process was very quick and not stressful at all. Very affordable!

My experience has been great. The heating is the only issue that has been present. Maintenance came as fast as possible and helped us fix it

The office is so helpful and maintenance is speedy with any requests! I’ve loved living here so far and would recommend it in the future for a quiet place to live.
