Ashton Lake Apartments

The base rent for the unit is $1,474/month that we would split. Since you would be getting the bigger room with the bathroom inside plus the AC unit, you would pay $792 and I would pay $682. The technology rent is $61/ month and we would split that... evenly. The utility is bill is different each month and we would split that evenly. The electricity bill is through Lansing Board of Water and Light and we would also split that evenly. Parking is free. The furniture in the apartment belongs to me. You would only have to bring bedroom furniture and kitchen supplies (dishes, cups, eating and cooking utensils, and preferably a microwave). We each get our own bathroom. Washer and dryer in-unit. The apartment is within walking distances of grocery stores and about a 15-20 minute drive from MSU. Bus stops are near the complex.
