Can’t beat it

Best value student housing in EL. Close to campus, spacious units and 10/10 management. Also, nice gym and study rooms and a good community to live in. Can’t beat it for the price.

The staff was excellent and accomodating, a very nice place to stay and extremely close to campus. The apartments are spacious which can be very difficult to find nowadays with all of the new properties.

Pros Cons

Pros: covered parking lot, great location, clean building.
Cons: expensive and not really worth the price especially given that there are other options around where they are also close to the campus. I lived on Campus Village couple years ago, and I truly believed that the one of the handyman went into my apartment without my consent while I was on my two weeks trip back home because the fridge was wide open, and my closet light was on. I tried talking to the manager but he, as well as, the... handy man kept saying they didn’t go in at all. It was a single bedroom apartment. Still to this day, I find those handyman to be quite creepy.

Great community involvement, covered parking, spacious apartment with your own bedroom and bathroom. Small workout room and study rooms, close to campus. It’s nice!
