Elegant
Landmark on Grandriver seems like a beautiful place, the staff were very friendly. London was the young ladies name I spoke with regarding my daughter wanting to lease in the year 2027-2028.

Open house
I attended the open house with Chloe at Landmark on Grand River and was really impressed. The amenities stood out right away—they are modern, well-maintained, and offer something for everyone. From the fitness center to the study and social spaces, everything felt thoughtfully designed and welcoming.

Great place
I lived in a studio at Landmark on Grand River for 2 years and absolutely loved it. The studio was the perfect size, had a great layout, and made the most of the space without ever feeling cramped. Having my own private space while still being right in the middle of everything East Lansing has to offer was a huge plus. Thank you to Chloe for helping me choose the perfect studio—I was so happy with it throughout my time at Landmark!

AWESOME
I toured Landmark on Grand River with Chloe, and I was very impressed with the property. The building was clean, modern, and had great amenities, and the location is hard to beat for anyone attending Michigan State. Chloe was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the tour. She made the experience welcoming and informative without ever making me feel pressured. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Landmark on Grand River to anyone looking for student housing near campus.

Amazing location, Amenities, and Staff
My tour with Jacob with amazing! He was thoughtful, polite and well versed. Landmark offers a great location, comfortable living spaces and extraordinary amenities. To see the full scope, I wish there were more units to tour, however, the two we were able to see were fantastic.
