To see the full scope, I wish there were more units to tour, however, the two we were able to see were fantastic.

Dirty, diry, dirty
Landmark is one of the most coveted and expensive places to live at MSU; however, it definitely does not even attempt to live up to its standards. While the units are nice (still overpriced), the actual building is disgusting. Landmark is for sloppy college students who throw pizza and smash vodka bottles on the floors frequently. People throw up in elevators. The entire building smells like garbage all the time. Additionally, $150 for parking in a garage that you have to walk across a garbage-filled alleyway to access. This is probably the dirtiest building I've ever walked in, let alone paid so much money to live at.

Amenities never open
Gym always closed for no reason, grills outside don’t work, patio locked for no reason on random days, staff rude and not helpful.

Great apartments in a great location!
So excited to live close to campus. The amenities deck will have a great view. The apartment are furnished so no need to bring furniture to school!
