It is a 4 bed, 4 bath unit on the first floor. The bedrooms are carpeted, the bathrooms are tile, and the main space is hardwood. There is an included microwave, stove top, stainless steel fridge, oven, dishwasher, washer & dryer, as well as a... balcony with a slider door and large window opening to the main space. The counter tops are beautiful granite and there is a large center island in the kitchen, as well as ample cabinet space for storage and pantry items. 3 other women (all MSU students) will be living that have mostly furnished the living space and kitchen. The bedroom will have no furniture, and contain a closet space and attached bathroom. The security deposit is about 1 month's rent, and rent is paid separately through a rental portal at the beginning of every month.
