Stoddard Ave Townhouse behind Starbucks on Grand River, FEMALES PREFERRED sublease!
This property is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse located right behind the Starbucks on Grand River. It has 3 levels: upstairs, main floor, and lower level. The upstairs includes 3 bedrooms and a full bath (upstairs is carpeted). The main floor... holds the living room, kitchen, and a half bathroom. The lower level includes the 4th bedroom, full bathroom, washer/dryer, and a spare room. The room I am subleasing would be the lower level bedroom. I am looking for FEMALES PREFERRED. The sublease is flexible with start/end dates, however, the lease must end August 3, 2026. The rent per month will be $550 (cost without utilities). This unit also has a cat (one of the roommates pets). A parking spot is available (no extra cost) starting the spring semester. Please contact me if you are interested!
