The Village at Chandler Crossings
Block 16, Room 23: second floor stay with a common room kitchen, washer, dryer, and balcony. Each room has a lock and key, as they are individual rooms, with individual leasing: you are only responsible for your room’s pay and split fees for... utilities (I currently pay $445 + utilities). 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Leasing stay comes with a free bus pass, with the closest bus stops taking to Routes 25 and 26 through East Lansing (25 goes from the Meijer nearby to close to Engineering Building, while 26 takes the same route from the bus stop at MSU and back). Roommates are a toss-up, but currently aren’t very loud most of the time.
