I’ve had a really great experience living here so far! The office staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. Maintenance does a great job as well—they respond quickly and work hard to get work orders completed as soon as possible.
One of my favorite things about living here is the amenities. The pool is perfect during warmer months, the gym is super convenient, and the free printing has honestly been a lifesaver.
To top it all off,... they even provided me with a bus pass that works all semester, which makes getting around so much easier—especially on days I don’t feel like driving.
Overall, it’s been a comfortable and convenient place to live, and I would definitely recommend it!

25 east has been the only apartment complex I’ve lived in since attending MSU. I am sadly relocating this fall, so it is my last spring here at this community. I absolutely love the location - not too far from campus so you can get there quick, but far enough to not have all the campus traffic! There’s an amazing walking path, and pond as well. Also the staff is very friendly, and they do their best everyday to ensure you feel safe and seen! I will miss 25 east but I recommend!

The staff is so friendly! I feel like a celebrity everytime I come into the office. Prices are most affordable in the area as well. You get the most BANG for your buck at 25 East!
