Great apartments for the price
My move-in experience was unfortunate because the building was under construction last summer. I had to be put in a hotel for a couple weeks which was inconvenient. That being said, management did what the could to make it right and even provided meal stipends while I wasn't able to be in my apartment.
Although the move-in experience was not ideal, I've had a great experience living at Victory ever since. The apartments are really nice for the price they charge and the location is really convenient. If I wasn't graduating, I would have stayed for another year.

Look Elsewhere
During my time at Burcham, there were multiple issues. We paid for parking passes for the entire year, but did not receive them until after the football season. I would come home from work at night and there would be no parking spots, but no cars could be towed since we did not have passes. I put in a service request to fix my bedroom light twice in the beginning of the year. They never fixed it, so I had no bedroom light the entire lease.
Once I moved out, I received a message about unpaid damages, but they were not cooperative at all. I kept getting messages about using the resident portal to pay my payment, but I told the agent multiple times that I cannot pay it because they closed my portal account. I filed a move out dispute, never heard from burcham until I went in to the complex a week later.
I do not recommend moving here unless you are okay with lack of parking, wifi that is not dependable, apartment floods, and apartment agents that are useless.

Terrible place
My apartment flooded recently and all they did for me was get me a replacement apartment after waiting 12 hours. The replacement apartment was dirty and not what they said. There was dirt, dust and hair everywhere, the bathtub was chipping and the floor was uneven and unsafe to walk on in some parts.
