If You’re Considering This Apartment

The ONLY real advantage of living here for me was its proximity to Meijer. After signing my lease, I rarely received responses to my emails. When I reported a maintenance issue, I was told that “maintenance checked and said it’s fine,” which left the problems unresolved. It literally felt like residents' problems are not their concern.
I won’t recommend this apartment to someone I care about, especially if they have a car and can easily drive to grocery stores. There are plenty of better... options nearby.

The location is good, it's quiet, and the apartment is well managed.
If you request repairs, almost everything is resolved in one day, and the staff at the leasing office are very friendly and quick.
I'll missing living here.

I like it here because it's very clean and quiet. I feel safe to walk around myself. My little son has very sound sleep every single night.

Good place overall

We have lived here for more than a year. Location is great, 3min walking to meijer, a forest park in back. Staffs are nice and quick responded (although sometimes you may need to remind them). The fireplace in house is wonderful. Garden is well maintained as well. Very quite and safe community. Price is good considering water, heating included. There is a small gym in a neighbor apartment which is 5min walking. Downside is that there is a bug issue in my home because of the maple just in front... of my window.
