Management was fair and did not jump to conclusions
I went through a very difficult roommate situation where, after several unrelated conflicts started piling up, my roommates began making a number of claims against me and pressuring management to fine me.
One of the main issues they relied on was the claim that I had “unauthorized guests.” The reality was much more complicated. These same roommates had previously welcomed my guests, spent time with them, and raised no objection at the time. Management had also explained that guest situations depended on the lease terms and whether the other residents were comfortable. It was only after our relationship deteriorated that this was suddenly reframed as a serious violation and used as an anchor for additional complaints.
My roommates also used scare tactics by repeatedly telling me that management was already on their side. I trusted that management would remain impartial, and that is exactly what happened. The office did not automatically accept accusations as facts or issue fines simply because one side was applying pressure. They listened to the full context, reviewed the situation fairly, and recognized that my side deserved to be heard as well.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that the same roommate making repeated complaints also refused to participate in mediation and was unwilling to cooperate with management’s proposed resolution process. She expected management to act on claims that, in my view, were unsupported or seriously misrepresented, while declining the very process that would have allowed everyone to provide context and work toward a fair solution.
When the complaints did not produce the outcome my roommates wanted, they began applying pressure in other ways, including posting a public review that, from my perspective, contained serious misrepresentations and left out important context. At the same time, I was dealing with behavior inside the apartment that felt increasingly volatile, controlling, and unpredictable, including angry confrontations and repeated attempts to dictate the use of shared spaces and amenities.
What I appreciated most was that management did not allow the loudest or most aggressive person to control the outcome. They remained professional, documented the concerns, communicated expectations to everyone, and offered mediation rather than punishing someone based on disputed, one-sided allegations. Their fairness under pressure is why I appreciate how management handled the situation.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience living here due to management’s lack of enforcement and support when it came to serious roommate and lease violations. There were multiple incidents involving my roommate repeatedly breaking community rules, including having an unauthorized guest continue to come onto the property after being told they were not allowed.
Even after I reported the situation several times and management acknowledged it, nothing was truly done to stop it. I was even told in writing that the person would be considered trespassing if they returned yet they continued coming back without any real consequences or enforcement from the office.
This created an uncomfortable and stressful living environment, and I felt completely unsupported as a tenant trying to follow the lease. It’s frustrating to pay to live somewhere that doesn’t take violations seriously or protect residents when issues are clearly documented.

If I had the option, I would rate this apartment 0 stars.
My experience with management has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. They consistently fail to support tenants, even when serious concerns are raised. I’ve reported multiple lease violations involving my roommate and have clear written documentation showing that management is aware of the situation. Despite this, they have chosen to do nothing.
Living here has become uncomfortable and, at times, feels unsafe because the issues are ignored. Management repeatedly claims they will address the problem, but there is never any actual action taken.
It’s incredibly discouraging to pay rent and not feel heard or protected as a tenant. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a responsive or responsible management team.

The Club offers so much amentities and have amazing events throughout the year. However, if you have any requests such as noise complaints, maintenance, etc. they won't address any problems and even if they do, it will take them forever to do something.
