It wasn't too bad living here the first year, but the second year just kind of fell apart. They had a complete turnover in management and now nothing gets done. I've watched staff in the leasing office cuss at tenants. I've had maintenance requests take over two months to complete. The beginning of my second year here, I had no prior notice of roommates being moved into my apartment so I was less than thrilled when there were two girls waiting to be let in because their key fobs didn't work. The... current staff in the leasing office here is so understaffed that they only have one full-time employee on staff. I really didn't mind living here at first, but I've become so fed up with incompetence in management and feeling like as a tenant that my requests and voice is not being heard.

I love living at the Landings but the response to maintenance issues is subpar. Asides the maintenance issues, it's peaceful, quiet and affordable.

The maintenance is taking too much time to be addressed and the overall friendly atmosphere of the staff just disappeared. In general, there is no timely help provided.

Great space for the price. Highly recommend the 4bed 4 bath. Has a spacious room and private space too. And you feel like living with a family.

Management will not return our emails or phone calls. We were promised reimbursement for cleaning the trashed apartment upon arrival . Still have broken things needing to be fixed.
