Do not live here unless your trying to save money

place comes trashed and unclean by previous owners and matinence takes months or never to fix any request’s. Also our water has been shut off 3 times with no real prior notice besides a text saying that it’s already been turned off.

It is a good apartment. This is my 2nd year living here and i am liking it. The place has a gym which i regularly use. The equipments in gym could be a bit better. But it isn’t that bad

So Far everything is good but only issue was the cleanliness when I moved in the bathroom was extremely dirty. Other than that room was good just a little bit too cold sometimes

Decent rooms at the given price.
It's bit far from msu but the cata bus runs every 15 mins which makes life easier.
The staff is friendly my door had some issue they came and fixed it the same day.

The fact that we all have individual bathrooms is fantastic! The parking is great, the building hallways are mostly clean, and the furniture is adequate, but the internet speed could definitely use a boost so that we can watch stuff online on the TV. Also, the mattresses could use an update.
