The Quarters East Lansing

This is a 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at the Quarters in East Lansing. You would be leasing the second largest room with a walk in closet and close to the bathroom and the in unit washer and dryer. Base Rent is $675, water is charged at a flat... rate of $15 and the other utilities are splint between the other two residents. Total cost runs about ~$730 a month with everything. I am flexible about the move in day if you need a later date. The lease ends on July 31st but we could talk with the leasing office to see if you could renew for next year if you would like. There are two other girls currently living here so I am looking for another woman to take over my place.
